Shipping Cost

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.

Handling Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) from the time of purchase.
  • Custom or made-to-order furniture may require additional time to prepare. Please contact us at obrano05@gmail.com for specific lead times.

Transit Time

  • Delivery generally takes 6–12 business days (Monday to Friday) after the order has shipped.
  • LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipments may take longer depending on the carrier’s route and schedule.

Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Haven’t Received Your Item?

If you haven’t received your item within the expected time frame, please email us at obrano05@gmail.com. We will promptly investigate with the carrier and take appropriate action, including issuing a replacement if needed.

Undelivered Packages

  • Undelivered packages may incur additional shipping and handling fees.
  • We can hold packages for up to 7 days; storage fees apply afterward.
  • Unpaid charges may be referred to a debt collection service.

Delivery Delays

If your delivery is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible. In the case of extensive delays, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.

Changes to Delivery Address

Need to change your shipping address after the order has been shipped? Please contact us immediately. Note that address changes may not be possible depending on the stage of delivery.

Incorrect Address

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
