Return & Refund Policy

At OBRANO, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not offer free returns. Original shipping costs (inbound and outbound) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. A 20% restocking fee will also apply.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at obrano05@gmail.com with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. Reason for the return
  3. Clear photos if the item is damaged or defective

We’ll respond within 24 hours with next steps. Please do not send items back without approval — they will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, we will refund the amount (minus shipping and restocking fees) to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at obrano05@gmail.com.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or made-to-order furniture
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
    Returns on these items are not accepted unless approved by the manufacturer.

Exchanges

We aim to make things right. If you're not fully satisfied, contact us to discuss possible exchange options (evaluated on a case-by-case basis).

Order Edits

You may request changes to your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that time, we are unable to edit your order.

Lost Parcels

If your package is lost in transit and the correct address was provided at checkout, we will replace the order free of charge.
If you prefer a refund instead, please note we must wait 30 days before issuing the refund in case the parcel is delivered.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Modifying Shipping Address

To change your shipping address, contact us before your order ships. Once shipped, no address changes can be made.
